Jamie’s KICK ASS BEEF STEWP (not a soup not a stew) but A STEWP :)

 Perfect for a chilly day, this recipe will be sure to warm your soul. The sirloin tips just melt in your mouth. Ingredients: Sirloin tips Potatoes or sweet potatoes to cut the calories Carrots Celery Onion Corn Crushed garlic 2 or 3 large low sodium Beef stock or use better than bouillon paste low sodium. (Follow instructions on jar) 3 tbs Corn starch to thicken (optional) Half jar of spaghetti sauce Directions: Pan sear beef in soup pot. Deglaze the pan with a cup of red wine or beef stock. Add veggies except potatoes (boil seperate) Season with 1 tbs each of sea salt, pepper,onion powder , garlic powder, parsley,thyme, and some rosemary, add more to taste. Add beef stock and bring to boil. Add corn starch (following package directions) and put on med low to simmer for 2hrs. Add cooked potatoes before eating....

Healthy Hash (21-Day Fix Style)

Hash with a healthy twist that doesn’t lack in the flavor department. Ingredients: 1/4 of a head of cabbage 2 eggs 1/2 of a spanish onion 1/2 a pepper cup of spinach 2 carrots 2 chicken sausage links 1/2 tsp each garlic powder, salt, pepper and parsley optional pinch of red pepper flakes extra virgin olive oil Simple Directions: Saute all ingredients in a skillet until tender.
