21 day fix Breakfast Burrito


  1. 2 Eggs scrabbled
  2. 1 low carb wheat wrap
  3. slice of American cheese
  4. 1 slice of turkey bacon crumbled
  5. handful of Swiss chard or spinach
  6. 1/4 of a sweet onion diced
  7. 1tsp extra virgin olive oil


Heat medium sized pan to med/high heat with 1tsp of Olive oil.

Add Swiss chard and onion, sauté for 4 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients except wrap and cheese. Cook until eggs are done.

On a plate lay out the wrap and add egg mixture and cheese.

Wrap it up!

In the same heated pan place burrito and brown on each side until cheese is melted.

1 red, 1 blue, 1 yellow and 1 green
