Healthy Hash (21-Day Fix Style)

Hash with a healthy twist that doesn’t lack in the flavor department. Ingredients: 1/4 of a head of cabbage 2 eggs 1/2 of a spanish onion 1/2 a pepper cup of spinach 2 carrots 2 chicken sausage links 1/2 tsp each garlic powder, salt, pepper and parsley optional pinch of red pepper flakes extra virgin olive oil Simple Directions: Saute all ingredients in a skillet until tender.
