The Next Level Breakfast Sandwich (21 DAY FIX)

I prefer to do this in one large pan.


  • Fried Egg
  • Chicken sausage
  • Pepper and Onion
  • Slice of cheese
  • Whole wheat Pita


  1. Saute peppers and onions in olive oil cooking spray for 5 minutes then move to the side of pan to make room for the rest.
  2. Add sliced chicken sausage then Egg so everything is cooking in the same pan but separately.
  3. Once everything is cooked to your liking, layer chicken and peppers on top of egg and top off with peppers, onions and cheese.
  4. Let cheese melt for a minute and place on toasted pita.
